What we Collect

The information that we hold may be supplied by you directly to us by telephone, face to face meeting, email via an enquiry on our website or through one of our social media accounts. We class this as being ‘personally identifiable information’, which means it can be used to identify you, personally.

For the purposes of completing our services I.e Intruder Alarm installations and services, CCTV installations and door entry systems.. This will include:

Operating, monitoring, managing & completing any bookings that you have enquired about or paid deposits and balances for or any other product/service you have explicitly requested of us or information off of us,

Storing of confidential Security System Details

We will store your system details for the purposes of repair, service and maintenance whilst ever the business is in operation. This information will be stored in a password protected cloud system or on a secure hard drive. If you do not wish for us to hold your information any more, please let us know and we will then endeavour to process this request for removal as soon as possible but within 28 days.

How we use Cookies.

We may need to share information with 3rd parties in relation to your booking only, for example to organise venue set up times and space required for your event with an event planner. This includes any 3rd parties we work with to facilitate your booking, including sub-contractors that may conduct work on behalf of us.

At certain times we may ask our clients’ consent to provide online testimonials or reviews about the service they have received us. If you consent to provide a personal testimonial then you may be identifiable by the use of your name and area. If you choose to write a review on one of our social media sites, this is done so at your own risk.

Removing or Changing your Information
