The information that we hold may be supplied by you directly to us by telephone, face to face meeting, email via an enquiry on our website or through one of our social media accounts. We will store your system details for the purposes of repair, service and maintenance whilst ever the business is in operation. This information will be stored in a password protected cloud system or on a secure hard drive. If you do not wish for us to hold your information any more, please let us know and we will then endeavour to process this request for removal as soon as possible but within 28 days.

If you consent to provide a personal testimonial then you may be identifiable by the use of your name and area.
